    What are we going to do? The goal of the first step is to set up and prepare the room types, price types, documents and possible arrangements.     Looking good! Now that you are on the second step of the process, let's keep the momentum going. In this section we will take a closer look at the layout of the rates and availability. One of the most important parts of the system is the Channel Manager which you will find in your Rates and Availability overview. Keep in mind that RoomRaccoon will be the one feeding your channels with rates and availability, hence the importance that it is well setup before connecting to different channelPopular

    Last but not least! Before you can go live, you have to add all your existing bookings to the calendar except bookings from Booking.com. Remove all demo bookings from your account before filling in your other bookings manually. This can be done by clicking on them and changing the status to cancelled. We will automatically import Booking.com reservations and therefore they do not need to be added manually. It is important that you add all other reservations, so that the availability is coSome readers

    Have you gone through all the steps to set up your account and can you check off all the points in the checklist? Awesome, then we can connect! The connection process can be very fast and easy if everything is well organised and arranged. During the connection process we are also a bit dependent on third parties and also on the hotelier themselves.  Important to know: Your extranets from your external channels (such as Booking, Expedia, etc.) must be the same as your RoomRaccSome readers
