Here’s how to access it:

Click on the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and select the Help centre option.

Click on the "Submit a ticket" Tab on the top of your screen.

Fill in your email address and subject, choose the category your query falls under, describe it in the description box, and submit your ticket by clicking on Submit.

Good to know.

The subject should be more than 10 Characters and the body should be more than 80 characters for a ticket to be successfully sent.
