Did you enter a telephone number instead of a mobile number? Or the incorrect email address?

To successfully complete the debit order process, we require that you enter a mobile phone number & email address that you have access to, as you will receive SMS OTP and EMAIL OTP verification to complete the process. Phone numbers must be in the following format: 062 487 5726
+27 format or overseas phone numbers will NOT work

Here's how to fix it incase you have entered the wrong mobile number or email address:

Click here to go back into the Billing Tab
Click "Edit Mandate" and make your changes



Once your changes are made, click save
