In many cases, it can be useful for guests to be able to check-in online before arrival. This saves time at check-in and serves as additional security that the guest will arrive. In addition, the exact arrival time can be specified.

The online check-in can be set up in the document section of your settings as a pre-arrival document.

On the right-hand side of the custom content block, you will notice various ‘replace tags’. To add the online check-in link to your pre-arrival document, simply enter the replace tag %onlinecheckinlink% where you would like the link to be visible in to your custom content and remember to click on save.

When the guest receives the pre-arrival email, they will have the option to check-in online.

Once they have clicked on the link, they will be redirected to the online check-in page where they will be required to enter all of the main booker and guest information.
