How does it work?

Our integration now allows you to book your accommodation in your RoomRaccoon agenda for events that run through iVvy.

How to get started?

Please follow the following steps to map and connect to Ivvy:
NB! The below steps are to receive the Key and Secret to activate the account, write them down immediately.

Step 1: Log in to your iVvy account.

Step 2: Select the account and click on view


Step 3: Click on the settings icon found at the top right corner of the page.


Step 4: Click on the ‘Applications’ menu item bottom left:


Step 5: Click on the ‘API Keys’ menu item.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Add Key’ button.



Step 7: Give the key a name and select a user and click Save, remember that this user will need permissions to access iVvy and be able to add, edit and remove bookings.

Step 8: Please save the key and secret for later use, this will be the only time you have access to the Secret that is generated!

Step 9: Go to the connectivity page in RoomRaccoon.

Step 10: Search for iVvy under available connections, you should easily find it by clicking on the events category.

Step 11: Once you have located it, click on the + sign to request the connection.

Step 12: Contact a Customer Success Manager from RoomRaccoon to set up the integration with you.

Good to know!

Remember the secret password you have created during the setup of your iVvy account. This will be needed when we do the integration at step 12.
