How to Track Changes Made by a User

On RoomRaccoon you are able to track changes made by your users in the form of a visible timeline of changes that have been made.

How to track changes

Access your account settings.

Navigate to the logins tab.



This will display a list of all logins. Click on the timer icon next to the user login to track any changes they have made.



In this view you will be able to see all the changes the user has made on each reservation, what was changed and the date it was changed.

Good to know

To view this you will need to have manager rights.
