Add a surcharge or discount (a percentage % or an amount). For discounts put a minus sign before the value. Please note, you do not adjust the whole price; you are adding or subtracting an amount/percentage from it!

If applicable, select a minimum and maximum stay restriction.

If applicable, select if you would like to mark the check-in and check-out as closed.
Select which room types you want to perform the bulk action on, by clicking on the dropdown menu you can also exclude some rate types.

Good to know!

Once you have changed your rates in the rates & availability overview, you cannot expect your prices to change when you click on the key icon and change your base prices in the rate set-up.

When you change your prices or restrictions in the rates & availability you can expect the channel manager to communicate those changes to your external booking channels automatically.
