How to do a refund with RaccoonPay
Refunding a payment (for instance a cancellation) is easy to do in the RoomRaccoon system. 24 hours after charging a credit card you are able to do a partial or complete refund.

Follow these steps
Open RoomRaccoon
Go to the payments tab of RaccoonPay (credit card icon)
Search the specific payment on the righthand side of the page
Click on the specific payment to show additional information (click on the amount, not the reservation number)
On the bottom right side of the page the button “refund” is visible
Click on the refund button to confirm the refund



Good to know
The money won't be deducted from your bank account but will be subtracted from your next pay-out. Only when there are no future pay-outs planned, the money will be deducted from your account.
