RoomRaccoon is committed to providing the best of service and honoring our customers by enhancing their experience as hoteliers. If for whatever reason you would like to cancel your RoomRaccoon account please follow the steps below.

All cancellations need to be requested at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current calendar month. This means that your account will still be active for a full calendar month after you request the cancellation.

How to request a cancellation

Fill out a request form by clicking here.
Once your request has been sent RoomRaccoon will send through a confirmation email by the 20th of the following month.

Good To Know!

Account cancellations cannot be processed without completing the above request form.
