How to cancel a RoomRaccoon package subscription

RoomRaccoon is committed to providing the best service and honoring our customers by enhancing their experience as hoteliers. In the unfortunate event that you would like to cancel a RoomRaccoon package, please follow the steps below.

All cancellations need to be requested at least 30 days prior to the end of the current calendar month. This means that your package will still be active/billable for a full calendar month after you request the cancellation.

How to request a RoomRaccoon package cancellation

Fill out a request form by clicking here. Once your request has been sent, RoomRaccoon will send a confirmation email by the 20th of the following month.

Good To Know!
Package cancellations cannot be processed without completing the above request form.
