How to add Housekeeping notes from the reservation
You can add remarks for your housekeeping team in the reservation. This is done so that you can communicate beforehand to the housekeeping team should the guest require extra products or services for example extra glasses, linen, specific clothing hangers etc.
How to add a housekeeping note in the reservation
Click on the reservation from your agenda
Scroll down until Housekeeping remarks
In the “Note” section, add your remark
Good to know
You can add the room type for the specific remark as well as the date which will show in the housekeeping overview when the date is selected.
You will find captured notes that were on the overview tab under Housekeeping.
