How to Add a New Document

RoomRaccoon enables you to set up automatic mails to your guests before and after their stay. It is therefore important to enable these templates and add documents for your guests to receive and personalise their experience.

How to add new documents to RoomRaccoon

Click on the orange gear on the bottom left screen

Click on documents.

Click on "+ add new document" in your category of choice.

Give the document a name and customise the content to your preferences.

Click Save and the new document will be added to your database.
