Grey Rooms and Invoicing - What you should know

Your grey rooms are different from your normal rooms as they do not affect the price or the occupancy of your property. This therefore affects how the invoice for grey rooms is drafted, please ensure that you take note of the following.

When adding prices, do this on the add-ons section and not in the payments section.

the invoice does not include the days of the reservation, for example the conference room being used from the 9th to the 11th of March - these dates will not be shown unless included in the add-ons section.

The invoices will be included in the invoices list.

The performance reports tab has a section for the key indicators for grey rooms.
