The after departure offers many possibilities to contact the guests after the stay.

Feedback: Ask your guests for a review. You can add a link to a specific portal yourself.
Offer the guest a discount for a new visit: The email will be sent to each guest, including guests who have booked through an OTA. Offer them a discount to book directly on their next visit. This saves your weather commission costs.

When this mail is sent, you can set it under the tab "account":



Note:
The guest must be checked out. Otherwise, it will not be sent after departure. If you don't want to send the email to a particular guest, just wait until after the set date before you check out the reservation.
