Guest Registration
In addition to the online check-in, you can also obtain a written registration form from RoomRaccoon. The steps below explain how to do this;
Click on the gear icon at the bottom left of your screen and open the tab called 'documents'.
Scroll down to 'Registration form' and click on '+ Add new document'
Give the document a name and optionally add information under 'custom content' (for example, you can add your in-house rules here)
Click on the save icon atPopularChanging your Password
Here are the steps one is able follow in order to change your password and admin password.
Login to RoomRaccoon
Click Settings, the gear icon at the bottom left of your screen
Update Password at the bottom right of your screen
Press save
