RoomRaccoon offers the online check-in option however we understand that for some properties written registrations are still preferred. You may find the written guest registration on the documents tab.
How to add the guest registration document.
Click on the gear icon at the bottom left of your screen and open the Documents tab.

Account Settings
Your account settings are one of the most important settings tabs as this is where you set your company info, currency, taxes and passwords. You will need to log in with the manager’s password to view the entire account settings tab.
On this tab, you will see basic information such as the name of the property, address, phone number, etc. Ensure that you have verified and spelt everything correctly as we will use this information on our intranet for communications.

Login to RoomRaccoon
Click Settings, the gear icon at the bottom left of your screen
Update Password at the bottom right of your screen
Press save

Not to worry... Your RoomRaccoon support team does not know your password, but we can reset a new password for you at any time. Please get in contact with us in order to do so. Also, please keep in mind, that stored credit card detailed are also protected by the old password.

It might have slipped your mind to have paid your subscription fee for the month, this can happen of course, but now your account is blocked.
When you log in to RoomRaccoon you will be sent directly to the billing screen.
At the top you will find the reason why your account has been blocked.
