Why I Can’t Change the Date on an OTA Booking

In RoomRaccoon you are able to change the dates of a reservation of a direct booking that has been made manually or via the booking engine. OTA reservations cannot be changed in RoomRaccoon as any date changes need to be made on the OTA and communicated through to RoomRaccoon.

Contact the OTA directly and request the change, this will be communicated to RoomRaccoon through the channel manager.
