#How Do My Payouts Work and Where Can I Check Them?

On activation of RaccoonPay, you have chosen a daily, weekly or monthly payout.

When do I get paid

In the top left corner, you will see Payments, which will show you whether you will be paid on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. In addition, the next date of payment is also displayed.

Click on the arrow next to payouts to view more details or click on payout at the top of the screen.

Daily payout- You will receive payments during the weekdays (not on the weekends). When there is a bank holiday for example King’s Day (Netherlands) on the 29th of April, you can expect the payment on the next weekday.

Weekly payout - You will receive payments from the 1st, 8th, 15th or the 22nd. If this day falls on a weekend or bank holiday it will be paid out on the next available weekday.

Monthly - You will receive payment every month on the 1st however if the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, you will receive payment on the next weekday.

How can I check my payouts

Once you have clicked on the arrow next to payouts, you will have an overview of all your payouts. By clicking on a specific payout, you get an overview of the payout.

Here you will find the breakdown of commission costs, VAT and a summary of which payments are included in the payout. You can convert this to an excel file at download overview and send it to your bookkeeper or accountant.

Good to know

Payments never take place during the weekend, if they are scheduled for a weekend day? Then you can expect it the next working day.

Payments go through our payment provider CM.COM STICHTING, this is where you will receive payments and invoices. The weekly payments are slightly different and are always made on the 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd of the month. If one of these dates fall on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be moved to the next working day.

Despite the fact that payments are set to be paid, it can sometimes take a few days before the payment is completely processed. It is, therefore, possible that payments are not paid out in the same week. In the RaccoonPay overview, you can easily see the payments made by means of the green coloured box. This can be found under the heading payment status.
