It might have slipped your mind to have paid your subscription fee for the month, this can happen of course, but now your account is blocked.

When you log in to RoomRaccoon you will be sent directly to the billing screen.

At the top you will find the reason why your account has been blocked.

In this overview you will be given the opportunity to pay the bill in order to get access to your account again.

Click on Pay Invoice which will direct you to pay your subscription fees.

Once your invoice has been paid the account will be back up and running.
