When changes are made on bookings, the RoomRaccoon PMS records all these changes that will be visible to you through the booking timeline.

To view the timeline of a particular reservation

Simply open the booking via RoomRaccoon’s PMS.

At the top of the page, you'll find the history button. Here you can see all the changes that have been made.

View which parties executed any change on the booking and which date these changes were made.

Have a question about a reservation? It’s a good idea to take a look at the booking history first.

Good to know

If you have individual account access for your staff members the timeline records will show which member has executed a specific action on the booking.

When RoomRaccoon executes any changes on a booking, the timeline will record this as a change made by “Team RoomRaccoon”.

Any changes made by a POS integration will be stated as a “POS” change.
