Our latest RoomRaccoon release offers improved and innovative ways to empower your daily operations through automation. We are proud to introduce our new features and improvements which we have designed to make your life easier and give your guests an unforgettable experience.

What’s New

General System Enhancements

To streamline updates on rates and availability you will now get a prompt from RoomRaccoon after 5 individual rate updates to create a bulk update on your rates and availability. The bulk update allows you to automate a number of actions in your rates and availability all at once as opposed to a monotonous individual entry with a limit.

Improvements and Resolved Issues

Connectivity

Resolved: Incorrect amount added to the were pulled from promotions in group reservations.

The double charge on the cancellation fee has been resolved for Booking.com

Agoda fallback email has been implemented in order to prevent assuming previous guests as bookers.

Payments

Credit Card Vault: Fully operational when you enter the password in the booker profile, the card details will be visible.

Stripe: All payment requests will include add-ons.

PMS & Other

Price type now redirects you to the rate type list.

Calculation adjustment to ensure that the gross and nett amounts are displayed and match with other reports.

Add-on translation added in the invoice and proforma invoice.

Add-ons are included in the prepayment and you can now select one of 3 options under the booking engine tab to manage add-ons and city tax in the rates.
