How to set up a return URL

The return URL is a website to which a guest is redirected after having completed a booking via the booking engine. Think for example of a thank you page. When they arrive on this page you will know that the guest has booked directly. Do you have your booking engine in multiple languages? Make sure your guests are directed to the right page per language by filling in the URL at the language tabs.

Click on the gear icon at the bottom left

Click on the booking engine tab.

In the middle right of the page you will find the option return URL.

Fill in the website URL to which the guest should be redirected after having completed a booking.

Good to know

If you are integrated with a Payment Server Provider and your rate has a deposit requirement, the return link would change. For the above, it would change to https://booking.staging.roomraccoon.com/en/msg/payment-processing/ as this would be the page that your guest would end up on after confirming the reservation with payment.

The return URL is a full self-service feature, we do not offer support for this. For more on the return URL, click here.
