Refunding guests after a cancellation for example is simple to complete with RaccoonPay. Be aware that you can only refund your guests for all or part of the amount 24 hours after the card has been charged.

Here’s How:

Click on the Payments Icon in the left menu bar.

Select the payment in question and click on the amount (not the reservation number).

At the bottom right you will see the heading refund payment, enter the desired amount.

Click on the Refund button to confirm.

Good To Know!

The amount will not be debited from your bank account, but will be deducted from the next payout. Only if no next payment is scheduled, the amount will be withdrawn from your bank account by direct debit.
