Archiving rooms is a great option for when your hotel is being renovated or receiving maintenance and you need to archive the room for a period of time.

When you archive a room, all data remains in the reservation so that you are still able to see the reservations if you search for the reservation number, It will simply not be visible in your agenda anymore.

Because the amount of rooms your accommodation has influences your contract, this action can only be done by one of our Customer Success Managers. You can do this by logging a request on our ticketing center letting us know which room you want to archive and we will execute this.

Good to know!

A room needs to be archived for a minimum of 3 months.
If the room will not be in use for a few days or maybe weeks we would advise you to block the rooms instead of archiving them.
Archiving a room will affect some market specific connections. If you have questions regarding this, open a new ticket to reach our customer support.
